You have to finish a goal and then you'll be able to run again. Go to D.Det mann after you finish the goal and then you'll be able to run again. Hope this helps!

You have to go to the university and go to the guy who is always asleep and talk to him. He says he will be the person to take the letter to paradise island but he needs a map. Go to old saltys boat and go all the way to the top and climb the ladder. Get it and leave. Note to never pick it up again it always has one there. If you do you will lose a space in your pockets. Go back to gordie the guy and give him the map. I forget what the other goal is but you have to talk to detective dan before doing this and you should have a list of goals. Hope this helps.

Hi! I just have a question, why is it when I go to oldy salty's boat it only says there "ADMIRE" so how will I get the map? I've been stranded at this mission for about a week now.... Pls help me..... Thnks.....

You have to go to jail first just run on purpose and then you will end up in jail.Talk to Gramma Hattie and see will tell you about what see wants you to do,then pay the fines and then go to the University and talk to that boy that is asleep and then he will take the letter to paridise island and the map is in salty's boat.
