I love this game, it's so much fun, but anyway, Your first question
1) An easy way to get any skill points if just buy them from the Hedi, the ninja, she's in differnet places, but I trust this web site will have the locations and times that she is there.
2) There's not really a specific place to find Lily imo, but you can just call her and she'll probably tell you where she is.

Ok I will. To get cooking and charisma points you have to go to the university.
Lilly Gates turns up at the docks, the kings tower, and the club place.
And no there is no such sims game for gameboy advance that I have heard of.

Hope this helps you.

I can answer #3 yes there is sims game you can have babies..

You can either "do it" in the love bed or " smooch a lot" hope I helped I guess

HI! I have beaten this game like a million times! I can beat it in less than an hour so call me a pro(if you want).

Skipping to your last question, you can't have kids or get married in any sims games for gameboy. Sorry.. So don't get your hopes up. For the cooking skills, you can go to the university right by the hospital. For the charisma skills, go to the "Second Hand Thrift Shop" and there you will find a mirror. Go up to it and press "A". It'll say something like Preform Soliloquy. Select that and just stay there for a few minutes. If you don't have your needs mostly to the top, your sim won't do anything except for whine and complain.F.Y.I. THe mission you were talking about with lilly gates is called "Batten Down the Hatches" not "Misiion for the Mann". You will find Lilly Gates on your way to the house boat in the second town. There is like a little dock attached to the walkway to the boat and she is in the middle of the small dock.

Hope I helped!

I have been in the docks and everywhere I can't find Lily Gates and she is not on my phone so I can't ring her any more suggestions?

Hey, I know this is suuuuper old, but I have the answrrs to ALL of these just in case anyone is playing through. Like I currently am to relive my teenage nostalgia.

Anyway, to answer your first question! You can gain both Charisma and Cooking from the University, as everyone has said; However, you can also use a mirror to gain Charisma! In my current playthrough, I have 5 Charisma points while having not taken a single college class! (Please note: I am playing the DS version and am unaware of exactly all the differences between the DS and GBA versions)

As for Lily, that's more challenging, I may come back and edit this portion later, seeing as I haven't gotten that far, but I assume that she probably has a very specific time that she shows up.

And sadly, I don't think there are any sims games like that for GBA. NDS has The Sims 3, which I THINK plays similarly to the PC versions of Sims, but you are still extremely limited on what you can do.
