You talk to lily to get the offer for it,but first you have to talk to crystal or maximillion moore(crystal if your a boy,max if your a girl).just follow the instructions from then on

You have to find someone to go with and make friends with lily. If your a boy ask crystal if your a girl ask max moore at the hospital place. Hope this helps you.
