I know you can go to the University and gain 1 time a day. But is there any other way I can gain some logic?

Play chess on a purchased chessboard or work on a computer. The one in the newspaper office is (I think) the only public computer this works on, but you can also buy one to use at home. And, of course, there is always the cheat ninja!
You need to go to the carnival from 2am to 3am and go to the ninja, drink the mind berry potion and you'll gain one logic point.
You can buy a chess board. That takes a while so you can either do that, go to the cheat ninja, or you can go to the newspaper office and use there computer. And if you buy one it does no good the one in the office is the only one that does this. Hope this helps.
