Where is it?

Where is the Ghost and the unghost scroll? In the inventory screen, I already pressed A...and I start teaching my pet the other one the Disco forever? Something like that, and then I start findin the ghost and the unghost and I did not find them...:(...Pls. Tell me how can I do them...I am having a hard time in this part...pls answer!

Ooops! And the second...I almost forgot...Where can I find elza? I can't deliver the letters because I cannot find her...

And the third...
How can I give food to the hungry dog? I already bought a table and prepared a food for him but he doesn't accept it...how can I give food?

I know this is 16 years later but I thought this might reach someone looking for the answer if they ever decided to play it now.

1) The ghost and unghost tricks can be found after doing the yoga trick (Minblowing section) which can be learnt after beating Gloomy, Davor's pet.

2) Elza can be found from 22:00 to before dawn (not completely sure about the before dawn time) usually by the bungalow or in front of the BCC. If the King of Earth quest is active, that has to be completed first before she shows up again to give her the letters.

3) The hungry dog requires Grade S pet food purchased from the pet store. Place it in your home, then take some and carry it to the dog.
