I have restarted my data by accident and I don,t know how to get a refferal for ottis or whatever so please tell me who to get it from I really need it

Get it from the girl who runs the dog care service or whatever. She has a hat, cut off shirt, and long pants. She'll give it to you but you have to do something for her first.

You talk to ottis or whatever, then go to amy or the lady where you dothe pet walking job, talk to her, and she will ask you to find a dog that a walker lost, go to the area where the apartment place is and that is where the dog SHOULD be, go up to it, click follow, and walk back to amy . NOTE: do NOT run when you have the dog following you, it might make it not follow you. walk back to the pet walking place, talk to amy and she will give you the refferal letter. now go back to ottis or whats his face and talk to him. and then you get a job. NOTE: don't get snotty with him or he might not hire you!!!!! good luck!!!! :-) :-)
