HELP PLEASE
I am curious to know how do I get the book for Otis from Jade? And also how do I get Raphael to be a member again of the BCC.? I think I can get further in the game if these tasks were taken care of. Both Otis and Raphael have the gold color ! Above their heads.

Do you still have to be mean to celina? I think that once celina and you are history, that jade will let you ask her something and so on.

I believe I have the same problem as you, unless nobrien22's answer helps. I have already been mean to Celina, and both Otis and Raphael have the gold color ! Above their heads. The only reason I can't do their tasks is because I need to beat Jade in a duel first (witch iis kinda hard). She won't let me talk to her about anything else, just to duel her. Does this help?
