Does anyone know how to get to the third house to get the library book. I talked to the mayor and he said talk to the mask but I don't know how so can anyone tell me how to get the third and final library book.

Disclaimer: Forgive me if my instructions are vague and wrong, but I haven't played Minish Cap in a while now. Anyway...
Go to the mayor's house, and roll into the wall. The masks will fall down. Turn Minish, then climb up the newly formed path and go into the revealed hole. Go through this place, learning what you can. Then (my memory becomes fuzzy) you somehow get to the mayor's place on the lake, where the third book is. You'll have to push some things to get it.
I know my instructions are bad, but you can figure it out from there, can't you? I esteem you highly.

Ok Ithink what you do is go to lake hylia take out the mole mitts and at the door thing on this hill keep digging until you see a latter climb up the latter then you will see a cabin go behind it and you see a tree stump shrink and go to the little stream you see the get out the gust jar and blow the leaf towards the end of the stream and enter the the opening you see then use the power bracelets and push the the book shelf right and you will here a click then climb up a little latter then push the book off then get off the book shelf go through the stream again and get big go in the cabin and get the book and return to hyrule towns library.

Have you tried to walk outside on the balcony? I think there should be hole there somewere or a path you can walk.
