When you go into the Fortress of Winds go through the door straight in front of you. You will find a room with two doors, both of them locked. Take the door on the left. Then follow the path it gives you. After a while, you'll come to a narrow passage way and you'll find two skulls with a space in between them. Use a bomb to blow up the wall in between the two Skulls. Go through the hole you made when you used the bomb. The mole mitts are in that room. :D
