Guys i need a way to get past the big rocks,I got the 1st element but I need to go to Mt.Crenel,Can some one answer this question?

Left. Speak to the guy in here to acquire the BOMB BAG.' It has bombs inside it so you can blow up the rocks at the easter hills to get to mt. Crenel.
