There are five locations that you can shrink with. The first accessible one is in Mama's Cafe. Use the Cane of Pacci on the vase to flip it and turn it into a portal. On the west side of town, there is a vase in the Carpenter's house which you can use the Cane of Pacci on. The other three do not allow you outside, but can be used for something. In Rem's Shoe Shop, there's a vase. In Mayor Hagen's house, there is also a vase. In the Library, there's a secret entrance only available to Minish. Go in there as a Minish, and you will find a flipped vase that allows you to get a Piece of Heart.
