Hey you need to go back to Gentari or whatever that moinish elder guys name is and tell him you have the element.

Then you need to head back towards town to recieve tha kinstone bag and make your first kinstone fusion.

There you go dude,

You need tohead back towards Hyrule town after you talk to the minish dude, who told you where the elements are, then head towards Mount Crenal.
