You have to go to the Triliby Highlands right where you come out of Hyrule Town. There should be a ladder.
Go down and go to the right wall in between the torches and lay a bomb.Inside is a Business Scrub who will sell you a bottle.
After you have the bottle, go back to the base of Mt. Crenel. Equip the bottle and scoop up some water.
Press the bottle button again to dump the water on the blue bean.
