Then climb up the tiny stair case that is on the clarks desk, you find three minish. They tell you to find the witch who will wake him up.

Right now go to Lon Lon ranch. They're having problems getting into the house. Now only someone small could enter the house, so find a shrinking portal and go into the house as a minish.

Then go to the pots lift them up and throw them until you find the key.

Go back out and then give Talon the key. He will let you go around the farm. In the farm is a passage that takes you to lake Hyilia. Go down.

Now you are in the Minish woods. Keep going down. There is a small stair case climb it and to the right is a house, inside is the witch.

Buy the mushroom. Ok, now go back to the shoe shop and wake the guy up with the wake up shroom.

Then shrink go up to the Minish, they will give you the Pegasus boots, but they need one more adjustment.

Then become big Link and talk to the Clark he will make the pegasus boots. Now go get the Wind element.
