You have to collect all 130 original figurines in the game. When you get in the treasure hut (thats what it's called)you have three chests, a piece of heart, and the sound test.

Once you get all 130 (or in your case 136) go talk to the guy sitting outside the cafe. He'll give you a medal and then you should be able to get inside...
