Okay when you first get to the base of Mt. Crenal ho up the vine. Go up it and head over towards the jumping spider things. Head back down and over to a sign that says, "Beware of crumbling walls! Blasting strictly prohibited." Theres a little fence there use a bomb on the space between the fence.Go inside the cave up up the ladder. Go over to the stone and shrink yourself then go down and over to the green water.
