Light Arrows

About the light arrows, what happens if you go to the bluiding without fusing with that guy and the ghost is not there? Can you still get them?

No, because if you don't get there by the Kinstone thing, the guy who gives them to you will die and you won't get them unless you start you're file over.

You don't have to fuse woth the guys but you can. You have to start a new one if hes not there. To get rid of the ghost you need a gust jar and suck him in.

Guest answered:

No, you can't. If Ezlo (the 'cap') makes a comment about the Wind Tribe house before you enter it and you have not gotten rid of the ghost by then, you're screwed. To get the Light Arrows use the Gust Jar to suck the ghost in. You'll have to keep pace with the ghost, though. BTW, you don't have to fuse at all with anyone of the Wind Tribe to do this sidequest except for the Stranger in the Hyrule Town yellow house across from the post office.
