Temple of droplets

I really need help. Am at the temple of droplets and I don't know how to swim yet and I can't go any were because my ocarina keeps on sending me back to lake hylia.please help me

Can't you complete the mission in the temple of droplets?

Why can't you just jump down the ledge, or get your ocarina to take you somewhere else on your map... You can usually select somewhere else on the map to go if you have smashed that area's wind stone...

Hmmm thats a bit strange since you really can't get to that emple unless you can swim....

Use your orcina to fly to the lake (the wind crest is already there)and shrink so you can enter the minish house.
Talk to the minish and he will talk about the libary. Go to the libary and it will now be open. Go to the roof shrink then walk to the shelf with line coming out of it and talk to the minish he or she will say that the books are missing. Go downstairs and talk the the woman on the left side of the entrance. Go and get the books to return to her and she will tell a man to put them back. You can now climb the books to talk to the elder and he will send you to a dungeon.
Complete the dungeon and ta the you now have flippers!
