First go to the real world and go to the same spot where level 5 is left the dark rock and find a portle to go to the dark world and Level 5 ice palace.

If you have the flute and the magic mirror you have to use the flute in the present day and fly to # 5 then use the mirror and go into the past then you will find your way.
