How do you get to the palace the has the third pendant?

Find the entrance to the death mountain trails and climb to the top.
The entrance is north-west of Kakariko village behind a big grey rock.
After helping the old man (you will automatically do that to reach the mountain) you will get a mirror that will help you reach the TOWER OF HERA

The palace is located at the top of death mountain. When you get to the top and have the mirror go over to the right and step ontop of the swirling square. This will change you into a bunny, which means you are in the dark world. Dont worry by looking at the mirror you can change back. To enter the palace you go back to the left near where this guy is playing with a pink ball. Marked on the ground are two diamonds that are darker then the other dirt around you. I used these as my marks. Step on the one that is farthest away from where you just came and then look at the mirror. When you change back to the light world you will notice that you are ontop of a plateau that you couldnt get to before. If you just off behind the rock you can move to the right and then you will see the entrance to the palace. Good luck!
