Go to the top floor and the area that is blocked off and throw a bomb at the light.

First you have to go to the second floor. If you find your way to the long hallway you go east all the way down. There will be a cracked piece of floor that you can't get to. You have to drop the bomb, pick it up and throw it. Now it makes light go into the room where the boss is supposed to be. Take the girl in there and she will turn into the blind thief.
