Im stuck on level 7-1...I get the rocket ship and fly up and then I go all the way over to the ladder and climb up it and when I get up there, I can't find where to go after climbing all the clouds.

You're on the right track, but when you have nowhere else to go in the clouds, super jump, and you'll find another collection of ladders you can climb up. I had the same problem once.
