I really need all the color cards but I don't no how to get them or wear your ansers are.

Try fighting someone easy like cream and don't get hit It gives you a better chance of getting one or a rare support. Hope I helped!! Oh and go to colors and select it to equip it

To wear it just press R and select edit skills then with the control pad go 2 times right and if you have select any color that you have and then select with A the color that you want BUT[color] if you want to change the eyes go to fight pose
