You have to put in codes in the Sonicfactory. You can find the dot for this behind the billboard in central city.

okay, well after that i went to go put them on emerl but all i found was sonics combo. and then i went to skill list and saw all of them. whats going on?

But hey after i equip it,it dosent work

Once you get a combo card, equip it by choosing ground power in Emerl's menu, then equip the desired card. Scroll down to find the rest of the cards you've inputed.
