What the other guys said. Eggman is fairly easy to beat if you have a combo attack, rouge grind, and tails dash attack. When dashing, use your dash attack to gain big air. Then, for some reason, Eggman will lay a bomb. Then you can hit him with a combo attack. Make sure he lands before using the combo attack, otherwise it won't work. After, Emerl will turn psychotic, then you have to fight him. He is one of the easiest to beat if you know how. Just use a special attack to hit him. If he is immune to one special attack, use another special attack. Alternate between attacks every time psycotic Emerl dies. Try to let him come to you, and stay close to him. Otherwise, he may heal without you knowing. Repeat this to beat him fairly quickly.
