How do you beat Twinkle Snow?

The one I had trouble on was act 2 in twinkle snow if you have trouble breathing under water you will see air bubbles coming out of the ground take a second or two to make sure you have oxygen when a bubble rises hop on it or press the A button. If you want to know how to beat the boss in twinkle snow you must use tails or sonic as leader since tails flies you have an advantage. So you need to jump on the blocks and then quickly off if you aim correctly the block will fall on boss head do that several times while dodging his robot fist and then you will have defeated twinkle snow
