Ok so everyone is getting this problem and I have found the soloution.
It usually happens when you erase your game data.

Gameshark codes for different chao gardens it will give rings to those ones.

May or may not work I don't have a gameshark I found them on the internet.


If you don't have a gameshark.

After you get the total amount of rings you had
Before you erased it, then it will start counting them again. So if you had
Gotten 10 000 rings in total then after you erase it you will have to get 10
000 rings before you start getting any more. Note that the first number also
Includes the rings you spent." (5) So, for those of you who don't have a
GameShark, you'll need to do a lot of ring-collecting to get things back to
Normal.

If you did not erase your game data then I am sorry I do not know whats wrong.
