Kadabra to Alakazam is a trade evolution. Which means you have to trade in order for it to evolve to Alakazam.

I doesnt matter wut lvl, you just need to get a "link cabel" item, give it to the thingy where you evole Pokemon and evolve him.

It doesn't matter what level it is, but you need to take it into the place by whiscash pond where it can evolve, and take a link cable for evolution.
Link Cable can be found in most of the keyed chambers in solar cave.

You need to find a link cable( you can find them in solar cave) and when you are going to elvolve select that item when you are about to evolve.

Kadabra can be found in solar cave, but it's a recruitment rate -19%. It's better recruit a Abra which is more easy than Kadabra. Abra is in Lv.16 and is ready to evolve into Kadabra.
