What are the purposes og the extra dungeons (i.e. Wyvern hill, darklight relic, solar cave, etc.) and how do you get the far out sea dungeon?

For the first question solar cave and wyvern hill have hms in them and for darknight relic I don't know
For question 2 buy the serene sea friend area then you will unlock far off sea and grand sea
Rare items and extra teammates, of course!
Far-out Sea, I think, unlocks after a bit of story after you defeat Rayquaza, but I don't quite remember...all I know is it's just an extra dungeon with no crucial points of the story...
P.S. You need Surf and Dive to get there.
