Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Can someone please tell me how to get the dungeon after buried relic? I am really stuck.

I am not sure what dungeon is after buried relic. But what I did after I beat buried relic was to get the mahine surf on solar cave 20Bf and the next day latios passed my team base. And a burglar case happened and I could go to a new dungeon the next day a spinda came and told me aboul a mirage pokemon.And I think that if you get the machine surf I think that only one of the things that I said would happen.
