Get your team more balanced and try have some nice levels. Try your best to take good items and avoid battles when you don't need them.

There is 40F's at stormy sea and no summits

To beat it, you need to be level 30+ to ensure that you won't have any problem in the first 39 floors before dealing with the boss Kyogre in the last floor. You may equip the Pokemon with Power Band to increase attack, or X-Ray Spec to avoid and locating items. Take some Huge Apple/Big Apple, I suggest 3 of them or 2 if you got the IQ Skill Energy Saver. Good luck!

Articuno is the solution to all your problems. Just level him up a bit (65lvl for example) and then you can pass easily through all the dungeons
