Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team Questions

Hi I have a problem :(. You see after I got latios and latias to join me I can't seem to get any new missions to allow me to get legends. I've got most of the legends so far apart from articuno, suicune and rayquaza. Can anyone tell me how to get more missions for legendaries? Thanks in advance!

Well... There's some criteria you need to follow. Example, Ho-Oh or Lugia. I can't list them right now, because Serebii is so damn busy. >.< If you go to Serebii, they give you dungeon unlock criteria.

First of all who the hell is Serebii and second of all you have to go to Mt.Thunder to get Zapdos and Frost Forest to get Articuno. Sky Tower to get Rayquaza and I forgot where to get Suicune 0_0 (to get these Pokemon as friends first you have to beat the game by defeating Rayquaza)

You have 2 get all three lengendary birds than later on in the game after you beat rayquaza go into a dungeon and use and escape orb than the next morning you wake up early in the morning you go outside and you see something go past you than you're partner (the one that you chose at the begining) will wake you up and you both will go 2 the town the keckelon will say something stole all of there stuff than you gain acsess 2somewhere I forget and you go there and you have 2 beat latios once than he will tell you that the meteor that blew up a pice of it hit latias and she is stuck in pitfall vally than after you save latias they will join you're team cause they have nothing in return to give u. Than you have 2 go to fiery field and defeat entei than he will make the feather in 2 a red feather the you gain access 2 lightning field than you have 2 beat riaku than you get a sunset feather than you get access to northwind field than you have 2 deafeat suicune 2 get the rainbow feather than you get Mt. Faraway and it's about 30 floors and ho-oh is on the 30th floor. Lugia one day you will wake up and go 2 the town Alikazam I beside the bank closer 2 wishcash pond and he said go talk to the three birds and they will say since we are together is the reason y the world is in disaters. Than you gain access to Silver Trench. Jirachi Wish cave floor 99 and thats all I have for no hope that helped
