Articuno Frosty Grotto Fifth floor
Zapdos MT. Thunder Peak Third floor
Moltres MT. Blaze Peak Third floor
Mewtwo Western Cave 99th floor
Mew (when you have the Music Box from Buried Relic) Buried Relic 36th floor to 98th floor
Unown Unown Relic first floor to 11th floor
Raikou Lightning Field 30th floor
Entei Fiery Field 30th floor
Suicune Northwind Field 30th floor
Lugia Silver Trench 99th floor
Ho-oh MT. Faraway 40th floor
Celebi (joins rescue team, no battle) Purity Forest 99th floor
Regirock (after you have Rock Part or Music Box) Buried Relic 15th floor
Regice (after you have Ice Part or Music Box) Buried Relic 25th floor
Registeel (after you have the Steel Part or the Music Box) Buried Relic 35th floor
Latias (joins rescue team no battle and after you beat Latios, be sure to have the Southern Island Freind area) Pitfall Valley 25th floor
Latios (joins rescue team after battling it and rescueing Latias, be sure you have the Southern Island Freind area) Northern Range 25th floor
Kyogre Stormy Sea 40th floor
Groudon Magma Cavern Pit third floor
Rayquaza Sky Tower Summit ninth floor
Jirachi (after rescueing Medicham in Wish Cave and you need the Wish Stone) Wish Cave 99th floor
Deoxys Meteor Cave 20th floor

Okay, and not all of them are easy to recruit.
