Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

How do I evolve charmander mine is lv 23. Plz help me, because I thought that it would evolve like on the other pokemons but it doesnt.

Beat Rayquaza, which is the end of the Main Story. Then if you go into Luminous Cave alone, you can evolve if you meet the qualifications.

Did you defeat Rayquaza yet? If not, no one's going to evolve until you finish the game...

You have to beat the game first, after beating Rayquaza.

First off, you have to beat Rayquaza, second visit Wishcash pond and talk to Wishcash, finally try to go to a dungeon and your partner will stop you, say yes to his or her question and then put your partner in standby then go into the cave that Wishcash shows you, then viola! You evoulved.

You can only evolve into charmeleon if you're level 23 but once you hit level 36 you're stats go up incredibly and you're a lot more cooler
