If you lose it after inputting that WonderMail password, you can find it in a locked chamber in Wyvern Hill, floor 30 (out of 30 floors). Be warned: it's filled with Dragon-type Pokemon like Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Bagon, maybe Shelgon, Salamence, maybe Vibrava, and Flygon. I've also seen Totodile and Ludicolo in it.

i've only get waterfall and dive at the same chamber :((( lucky, but i just wanted HM-Fly
