Hi there. I see that to unlock joyous tower and all the other places you must have the blue sky middow.is this true?if yes where and how can I unlock the blue sky middow?

here is the wonder mail code for a rescue to get the friend area 2?0N 13+? ?36R MT?R 8420 MX?W. after you complete it if you go to the bulliton board and there is a job to rescue smeargle he will then join your team at level five and if you want to he'll change your flag for you.
