Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Hi me again! How and where do you get the pierce band?

Also here is a hint...look in the blue rescue team user cheats to find missions for joy seeds...or sorta like rare candys. Yes. Joy seeds are the dungeon rare candys!
