Talk to Alakazam...or the guy's in the Pokemon Square...if it didn't work..it must be a glitch.

They send you a letter congratulating you into lucario rank and thats when you get the statue

Get rid of all rescue team missions in your mail box except for one and do that mission when you finish and go to sleep a peliper will come along and one off the letters will say something about becomeing lucario rank and there with be a statue of lucario outside your house
