Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

I have beat Groudon with cyndaquil with the linked moves tackle, flame wheel, ember and facade.

The other was pikachu with the linked moves slam, shock wave, thundershock and thunderbolt.

My highest point is the 5F sky tower summit.

How many floors on the summit do you have to go through to get to raquaza?

How do I defeat raquaza with 0 link boxes or oran berries?

I have the TM Psychic but I do not want to go back.

Help please.

P.S. If it wasn't for the link boxes before, I wouldn't have defeated Groudon.

Please help me, how do I defeat raquaza?

25 floors then 9 floors of the summit, you'll level as you go up and get some usefull items.

Look don't panic, get a few sleep seeds , and some more team members if you can and thenwhen you face him ( in about 25f or more) put him to sleep, set your team members IQ to 'exclusive move user' then attack, like a madman.
And if you don't want to risk it teach one of your Pokemon the tm move if they can't, well your out of luck. Well maybe they'll keep it if you let them hold it. And if you fail, there will be better moves. And next time go prepared. Heres some good stuff to ALWAYS keep in you tool box: 2-3 apples, 2-3 max exlers, 2 oran berrys, 1 other types of berrys, 1 escape orb(unless your confident don't, but doesn't hurt to keep one)
And get to level 27+ if you want it to be a little easier.

Easy. Prepare a few sleep seeds and make it sleep. You should have linked all your moves at gulpin link shop.
To go back without losing anything just use escape orb. I always prepare one. Also take many revival seeds with you then you have 90% chance of winning. Before going to rayquaza save your game so that if you die you van go back to that point.
