I have several questions:
 How many IQ stars can you get in the game?
 Is this a good team?
 Metagross: lvl 65 , psychic, earthquake , shadow ball, meteor mash
 Raichu: lvl 75 (leader) , wild slash , vacuum cut, thunderbolt , rest
 Salamence: lvl 56 , fly , facade , fire blast , dragonbreath
 Sometimes
 Charizard lvl 68 , fire spin , earthquake , heat wave , aerial ace
 
 Another question I have is what Pokemon should take to metoer cave and the lvl and items cause i'm having trouble on deciding?

You can get 10 IQ stars on each Pokemon, at least thats the max I have in my swampert, and it doesn't gain a new star in a while and I always go with him to dugeons and give him gummis when he's hungry. And what is wild slash and vacuum cut??? Never heard of those moves.

Depends on how many gummis you ate.

Yeah, but you need to change your move sets since they suck.

Any strong Pokemon ,dark should be one of them since deoxys is psychic.

You can get up to 11 stars.
When you get all 11, you get a skill called Trap Avoider, which is, the Pokemon often avoids stepping on visible traps.

You get 11 stars and youre wrong the guy who wrote above mine(Forgot the name) You learn Super Mobile not Trap avoider. Trap Avoider avoids visible Traps not invisible ones.By the way Get a Dark Type or Move.
