Ok. I have a few questions.
1. I keep killing kyogre after the credits rolled but it wont ask to join my team? Wats up.
2. I can't recruit any legendairys. What am I doing wrong.
3. How do I unlock any of the lati dungeons or deoxys or anything?

1. Keep trying I was lucky first time I beat him He joined me (he gives you hes friend area so don't look for it.
2. Not doing any thing wrong keep trying soon they will join (They join but only if you don't already have 4 Pokemon on your team)

1. You can only have you and your partner then it will ask to join your team (Kyogre will give his friend area)
2. You have to beat the game then only you and your partner vrs them and then beat them then they will ask to join your team. (they give there friend area)

UM TO GET A LEGENDARY ON your team you have to
1:fight it alone by not bringing your partner or telling it not to attack
2:have it's friend area
There I did that and now I have most of the legendarys yet I still can't beat the buried relic.
2. SOME Legendary Pokemon requires you to reach a certain rescue rank for it to be your friend. Also, the LEADER of the team has to beat the legendary Pokemon and the level of the leader MUST be higher than the legendary itself so it could join your team. In certain cases some legendary Pokemon such as Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres requires you to finish the game half way (when I say half way I mean that after you beat rayquaza the credits will roll, you wait for it to finish and then some sort of thing lets you stay with your friends after you wish for it) and then go back to their respective dungeons and beat them again
NOTE: Some of the Legendarys will not automatically join your team after you beat them a couple of times already after you have met their requirements because sometimes it just comes down to luck.
3. Deoxys will come out at the very end of the game after you beat jirachi.
