I have a aron and it's taking me forever to lvl and I don't have a gameshark

Try a dungeon with tough Pokemon instead.If you have the Team Hydro maze unlocked then train with it.If you are so hopeful then try observing Aron's exp. Left to next level.
Use a wondermail generator to give yourself Joy Seeds. Those things level you up 1 level with every seed you eat.
