jirachi and celebi

how the hell do I unlock celebi and jirachi's cave I have every legend but raiku and sucicuen if that helps (I suck ass at spelling) so I need help unlocking them

For celebi you will have to get it's friend area then it's dungeon will appear and for jirachi you will have to be friends with all the lengendaries (
I think) and main thing you will have to finish deoxys. Then ekans and medicham will appear in the whiscash paond talk to them theyll run off then next day come agian to the whiscash pond talk to them theyll run off again and then the third day only ekans will be there talk to him he will say some nonsense and then the fourth dayekans will be at the bulletin board talk to him then go to the bulletin board there you will find a mission for wish cave! It is 99 floors be careful and also all money will be lost and you will be reduced to lvl 1

For Jirachi You Do Not Need To Be Friend With Any Lengendaries!After You Complete The Game And Finish Stormy Sea Go To Wish Cash Pond,You Will See Medichan And Ekan Go Towards Them They Will Talk And Talk Until They Notice You Than They Run.Do Ramdom Missions Until
Ekan Is The Only One There Than Go To The Mission Board And Go To The Last Mission It Should Be From Medichan
