To get Legendary Island you have to recruit Moltres, Zapdos or Articuno.
I don't remember the points for the ranks...

Silver:500
Gold:1500

You need to get one of the legindary birds. Ither than that you can't get it.
How to get:Recrute any one of the legendary birds.
Ranks:Any tging hire than 499.
