What level should I be when I vrse groundon and kyourg and what parkners should I have plz tell.

You should be a high level. Make sure you have a water or leaf type for groudon and thunder and leaf for kyogye. They should be a level range of 50 and higher. Partners to me don't matter...as long as they have good moves and are good period.
