kyorgra floor and where to find the gold seed

What floor do you get that save place in stormy sea and after that what floor is kyorg and what chance do you have to recrut him and can some one plees tell me were to find the gold seed plz tell thx =)

1) there is no save area for the stormy sea, it is a straigh forward shot to lv. 40 where kyogre is.
2) you will have a 30.0313% of recruitle rate, ( don't even go for him, he's only lv. 25.)
3) lastly, there is no gold seed, never has been, the only thing there is is a banana, which you can find only in the wish cave, and you can sell it for 5000.
