How to get munchlax and lucario on this game?With any kind of code as long as you tried it and it works!

All the Pokemon in this game is from emrald rubi sappire leaf green and fire red verison munchlax and lucario are from dimond and pearl oh and sorry for the bad speeling.

You can't get Lucario or Munchlax, but in a rare event in which Munchlax walks into the square and the noise of his rumbling stomach startles the townsfolk, and if you give him something to eat, he'll give you a Munch Belt in return. Or, Munchlax will walk into Pokemon Square, drop some apples he was carrying and ask you to return ne that he thinks you took, and if you give him an apple, he'll give you the Munch Belt in return. Also, you can get to Lucario rank by getting 15,000 Rescue Team Points. P.S. The Munch Belt increases your Attack and Special Attack, but makes your belly go down faster when held.
