I recruit Deoxy in my team but I don't dont know that wht to do next my pokemons are Charizard and Venusaur at level 100

Well if you have done all the main storyline, you can get all of the pokemon. You can also try the almost impossible wish cave, or any similar place like that where you have to start at level one. If you want, you can start all over and just play as a different Pokemon, or, you can try to get lucario rank if you haven't.
