Find/recruit clamperl in Silver Trench floors 65-79. You could also find it Far-off sea floors 65-75
Find/recruit Pidgey in Howling Forest floors 9-13.
can any one tell me how to get pidgey on your team

Have 5 stars or less taken in your current team and have 3 or less team members. Go to Howling Forest (After you get the Sky Blue Plains friend area, accept Smeargle mission to get Howling Forest.) On floors 9-13, you will rarely find underleveled Pidgeys. You have a base 10.1% chance of recruiting one. For maximum recruit chance, be at least level 90 and bring a Friend Bow.
