What is easier way to kil rayquaza?? I had a 33lv totodile moves: attrac,surf,bite and hidden power. My pikachu is 30lv and moves:thunderbolt,shock wave,thunder wave, thunder shock. How I can go to rayquaza and kill him.

Well the first thing I would do is to get training even more, those Pokemon won't do at that lv. Get their lv's up to maybe 50 and you might beat him.
First use atract then use shockwave then use thunder wave if he snaps out of attract keep using it then use any move,but surf
Use attract then pikachu will do the work, just let pikachu attack Shock wave and Thunderbolt, if Rayquaza snaps out of it's Immobilize, use Attract again and do it over and over again...
